Known as Po'olenalana Beach, Paipu Beach is hidden paradise between the south Maui resorts and the better-known Big Beach of Makena. This white sand beach is very secluded and offers the beautiful South Maui sun and views. But this beach is usually crowded. Once you visit the place you should watch out for the kiawe thorns in the parking lot along you way. It is excellent for swimming and the lava rocks at each end of the beach makes the place a great spot for snorkeling as well. But one should remember to never step on the coral or feed the fish because it is no allowed.
